For the first time in history the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus national football team has emerged as champion of the FIFI Wild Cup in Germany.

Our home team beat Sansibar 4-1 and became this year’s champions.

Five other unrecognized nations took part in this year’s FIFI Wild Cup including Gibraltar, Greenland, the Republic of Sankt Pauli (a port quarter in Hamburg), Tibet, and Zanzibar.

FIFI Wild Cup is the alternative World Cup for national teams not recognised by FIFA.
